Saddle stitch is a booklet printed on folded sheets and stapled through the center fold. It's the most affordable and popular binding for newsletters, programs and booklets — pages lay flat and stay open easily.
There is no strict minimum quantity. We can print small batches as well as large production runs.
Page count must be in increments of 4, counting front and back cover: 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, or 32 pages. Since we hand-staple every booklet, 32 pages is currently our maximum.
Please provide a print-ready PDF. For best results: embed all fonts, include 3mm bleed, convert images to 300 dpi, and use CMYK color mode.
Yes. We perform a basic preflight check to identify common issues such as page size, bleed, and resolution before production.
Yes. If you need layout or graphic design services, let us know before placing your order. Design fees are quoted separately.
Yes. This is one of our most popular options and helps reduce printing costs while keeping a professional appearance. Set Cover Color and Inside Color independently in the calculator above.
Send your file as single pages in reading order — page 1 is the front cover, the last page is the back cover. We'll handle the imposition and folding on our end.
We currently print on C2S 148gsm for both cover and inside pages. Ask us if you need a different stock for your project.
We offer 12 sizes across portrait, landscape, and square formats — including Letter, A4, A5, and popular half-letter and square sizes. Pick yours from the size dropdown above. Need another size? We also accept custom dimensions — contact us for a quotation.
Standard production is typically 3–5 working days after approval of artwork and payment. Large quantities may require additional production time.
